Here is the animators guide to setting S.M.A.R.T. goals:

1. Specific

Goals should be clear and defined. Use the 5 "W" questions to help narrow them down.

2. Measurable

You should be able to track the progress of your goals. If not, how will you know when you've achieved them?

3. Actionable

How will you attain your goals? Are they possible to do given the time and resources you currently have?

4. Relevant

Are these goals important to you? Are they reasonable and realistic? Is this the right time to set them?

5. Time-Bound

When do you plan to accomplish your goals?
