Having an animation studio may be something you have always dreamt of. However, having that kind of lifestyle might still make you feel like you have no time. Have you ever tried to lessen your workload to have more time in the day or do things outside of work during the weekends?
Here are five ways to make more time for your animation studio and increase your productivity:

1. Planning
Create milestones or goals to break down parts of your work that take up most of your time, and then decide which ones can be done later.

2. Block Scheduling
Sometimes, even if you plan ahead, new emails and incoming calls may distract you from completing your client's animation project. Try blocking out a few hours for a specific task to help you stay focused and get more things done.

3. Outsourcing
Doing animations on your own and other things to run a studio can take its toll over time. So once you've reached a certain stable income level, it's a good idea to get help and outsource responsibilities to other people to stay efficient, especially in areas you're not really good at.

4. Automation
Some aspects of running a business can take up much of our time in a day, like marketing. So investing in practical tools and software can help streamline processes, free up some time, and cut down unwanted costs in the long run.

5. Rest
Don't forget to include rest in your schedule to avoid overworking and burnout while remaining focused and creative.
