Rotoscope Animation Software: Pencil

Pencil is a free and open-source rotoscope animation software that's great for beginners. It has a simple interface, but it's not as powerful as some of the other options on this list. The program also doesn't have any rendering capabilities, so you'll need to export your animations into another program (like Adobe After Effects) in order to see them in their full glory.

However, if you're just getting started with rotoscoping or don't have much experience with rotoscope animation software yet and want something simple that won't break the bank--or if your project needs just basic color correction-then Pencil might be worth checking out!

Rotoscope Animation Software: Synfig Studio

Synfig Studio is the ultimate animation rotoscoping software weapon for animators. It's a free, open-source 2D animation software that will elevate your animation game to the next level.

With its powerful feature set, including bitmap and vector layers, gradient and filter effects, and advanced keyframe and timing controls, you'll be able to create jaw-dropping traditional hand-drawn animation, cut-out animation, and motion graphics that will make your audience go wild.

Plus, with the ability to import image sequences, audio, and video, Synfig Studio is the ultimate all-in-one rotoscoping tool that will make your animation process smooth and effortless. Whether you're a professional animator, student, or hobbyist, Synfig Studio is the perfect tool to help you bring your animation visions to life.

Pivot Animator is a popular rotoscope animation software tool that makes it easy to create your own animations. It has a lot of features, including support for multiple layers and keyframes, but it's also very user-friendly. If you're looking for something simple but powerful, Pivot Animator may be the right choice for you.

The only downside to this program is that it isn't free-you'll have to pay if you want a copy of it (although there is also a 30-day free trial). However, many people consider this price worth paying because they think that Pivot Animator's functionality makes up for its costliness.

In addition, many people choose not to purchase the full version simply because they don't need all those extra features; they would rather buy another piece of software instead!

The best part about Moho Debut is that it's affordable; you don't need any special skills or training to get started with this program! It also comes with many features that will help you create amazing projects quickly: voiceovers, lip sync tools (which are useful when animating characters), motion blur effects...the list goes on!

Anim8or is a free 3D modeling and animation software that makes it easy to create your own characters, objects, and scenes. The program is available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems.

Anim8or was first developed in 1999 by David Luebke (creator of Wings3D). It was originally named "Anime Studio," but after a trademark dispute with Digimation Studios (who produced Anime Studio Pro), the name was changed to "Anim8or".

In 2005, Luebke released version 1.0 of Anim8or, which included many improvements over previous versions including support for vertex weighting & skinning as well as improved rendering quality using OpenGL-based graphics instead of DirectX only mode used previously.
